The Future of Work Forum is an annual event for HR professionals focused on the business impacts of the changing workforce with issues such as automation, big data and the gig economy impacting how these professionals approach people management. The campaign consisted of direct mail, print and web advertising, social media and event signage. I developed the concept based on the creative brief and theme of "Organizational Transformation: The Intersection of Talent, Engagement and Results." Playing off the big changes in the field and the title, the hero image was a freeform geometric pattern with the red arrow signifying a compass.
